PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

    Property management specialists are responsible for reviewing rental or leasing applications to determine tenant eligibility and ability to live within the parameters laid out by the lease. They also work to ensure overall tenant safety and security as well as supervise property maintenance. Administrative duties include preparing rental income reports, paying bills, drafting rental leases and contracts, and delivering official notices to tenants concerning difficult issues, such as rent increases or anticipated construction projects.

    • Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred
    • 1 – 5 years verifiable experience working in real estate, property management, or customer service
    • Certified Property Managers and Certified Public Accountants will be given preference

    ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

      Works with the accounting department to facilitate rent administration including account reconciliation, collections, deposits, and posting cash receipts into the accounting system. Accounting Assistants also prepare and maintain all tracking schedules, logs, reports, notices, and invoices including utilities, year-end adjustments, and tenant charge-backs. Reviewing monthly commercial billing and rent roll to ensure accuracy for billing, maintaining accurate tenant contact and/or lease information, investigating and resolving accounting and billing issues, and maintaining vendor files, W-9s , and 1099 files are additional responsibilities.

      • Minimum of 2 years experience in an accounting position; comfortable using accounting software
      • Associate Degree in Business or Accounting required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access

      OFFICE MANAGER

        Office manager will be responsible for the general operation of our office. Duties include greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, maintaining proper inventory, and supervising our office staff to ensure maximum productivity. You will also be required to create presentations and produce management-level reports.

        • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or an equivalent
        • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
        • Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
